The staff here were really great! The hotel room was not oppulant-- but that's not what you're booking! The room was very clean and well done. The staff were great. As a northerner staying in NC I thought I had great interactiosn with the people of Raleigh! It's a short walk to the city center! Free Parking! It was great!

So we usually stay at the Embassy Suites across from Crabtree Mall but we were trying to stay under $100 a night so we booked here. We ended up in a king jacuzzi suite for $99 a night! Second time stayed here. Good value for the money. Close to Crab Tree Mall and PNC arena. They do need to work on getting more channels for the TV. Would stay there again no problem. Went there to see a hockey game.

We are seniors and the staff treated us with respect and met our every need. We have to come to Raleigh often and it's good to know we don't have to look for a room.This is our home away from home.We have never had a dirty room or a bad stay. Great staff and a yummy breakfast.

The architecture of the building is rather modern which creates a different layout for each floor. But the hotel is old and needs several improvements and upgrades.
