We were hesitant to stay at this hotel due to the terrible reviews on this site about bad smells in particular. Also it was a bit confusing as there are 2 Days Inn hotels in Raleigh and some of the reviews refer to the one that is further out of town and some did not mention which hotel they were... more

This was a nice find due to reading Trip Advisor. It is just north of downtown Raleigh, taking only a few minutes to drive in, but also off the Interstate making it easy to get o Durham and Chapel Hill. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is at a busy intersection, so we asked for and got a quiet... more

My sisters & I came to Raleigh for a concert. We had been fighting traffic & not leaving much time to check in before the concert. We found the hotel very easily & walked into the lobby to a smiling face behind the counter. We asked about a cab. She was very accommodating by asking us where & when then... more

Our son moved to Raleigh, NC from another state to start a new job. We paid for his stay at the Days Inn Raleigh at 3201 Wake Forest Road since he was low on funds. He said it was a really nice place. He said he appreciated the microwave, refrigerator, and iron and ironing board in his room. (He likes... more

I picked this hotel because none of the hotels in downtown Raleigh have good reviews. So I decided that if I was going to be dissatisfied, I was not going to pay a lot for it. Additionally, I only needed a room for one night. It appears that they have taken an old hotel and painted, added new bathroom fixtures... more

I was very happy with nearly everything at this nice motel. I agree that this Days Inn is more like a Hampton Inn or Courtyard. Two previous Days Inns I’ve stayed in were a stain on the Days Inn brand. I would recommend a room not facing the parking lot as you can open your curtains and still have privacy.... more

The upstairs hallway smells damp & musty in such a strong way that I would never stay here again. It is overwhelming. The desk clerk couldnt tell me what exit to use to get to the property when I called from my car. The bed spread has a ciggaret burn hole in it (this is a non smoking room). Wireless... more

Personal business took me to downtown Raleigh. I wanted to be convenient to the office, but did not want to spend an arm and a leg on the typical business oriented downtown hotel where breakfast and wifi are extra. This Days Inn fit my needs perfectly. I usually stay in Courtyard or Hampton types when traveling and this Days Inn... more

I had come to Raleigh for a conference. Check-in went very smooth. Very nice. They said it is an interior entry hotel but what they don't say is that you basically have to enter from the outside and once you get into your wing or corridor of the hotel it is an interior entry. I still felt a little creeped... more

We booked three nights here for a vacation weekend to explore Raleigh. The hotel is in a perfect location right in the middle of the city, blocks from the history and science museums, and a few block's walk the other way to bars and restaurants on Glenwood Ave. Our non-smoking room was clean and smelled fresh, the staff let us... more
