This was the second small meeting we held at this location this year. The service was excellent in both cases. Special thanks to Cassandra Martin who handled our arrangements and Debbi who served us in the restaurant. The entire staff, beginning with the front desk clerk, treated us with courtesy and professionalism which is rare these days. more

This hotel was in a safe nice location in Raleigh. The rooms are what you would expect from a three star nice but not over the top. Price was great and staff was very helpful. Hotel food was also not bad. Would stay there again if in Raleigh. more

A great stay. Staff varied in knowledge of local area, so made it a bit difficult to get a suggestion for dinner, had to pry the information out of the staff, but ultimately found a great place to eat locally. more

Room 1) Chair bottom had been replaced with hard board. Toilet overflowed and staff could not find a plunger. Moved rooms. Room 2) Single king-sized bed. Not going to work for family of four. Moved rooms. Room 3) Overwhelming smell of urine. Called to move rooms and staff had an attitude. Moved rooms. Room 4) Turned on A/C and sounded... more

My husband and I (along with our two children) actually stayed here on two different occasions this month while waiting on our house to be completed. We found this hotel through Priceline. I was very pleased with the entire experience for the cost. We had one incident where the bathroom door was closed and somehow got jammed and we couldn't... more

Bio: Platinum with Marriott, Holiday Inn. Diamond with Hilton. Gold with Starwood. Average 150 nights a year. Worst year: 332 nights. This Holiday Inn is a full service property located about 20 minutes from the Raleigh Durham (RDU) Airport. It is a strange building, with tall narrow windows, and a wall separating the windows. The generous PC local amenities included... more

I wouldn't pay full price for this place, but it was better than I expected (having received it blind) given the mediocre location and the fact that it's an (a) older (b) Holiday Inn -- renovations from 2000 are obvious, but can't hide the age of the building. Rooms are small (king room contained bed and upholstered single chair along... more

Good hotel, very convienent to I-440. Decent restaurant and bar, with a great breakfast available in the mornings. There are many restaurants and shopping centers just a mile or two north of the hotel. more

Just stayed at this hotel this past weekend for one night. It was a fine place. Huge room and huge bathroom. Friendly courteous staff, excellent location right off the Beltine near town. Wonderful pool and a short lil walk to Baskin Robbins for some good cold ice cream. Very clean room and friendly atmosphere all around. I will certainly look... more
