located in a nice area around a lake, yet it is outdated about 30 years. The indoor furnishings need replacing, the ceilings, walls, decks, woodwork are all worn out and look it. Smells old too. Bed linens too simple and cheap. Serious renovations should be in order. Nice and quiet area, but still offers very little for vacationers. More

As previous reviews have stated, this property is very outdated and in need of renovations. The property is infested with mosquitos inside and out. You have to drive quite a distance just to get to the grocery store. New Bern town center is also far away. More
