After a 12hour day of being on a motorcycle this place was heaven sent. Can't say anything negative at all.

A comfortable nights stay while in the Smokey Mountains. Spent one night in this very clean hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast was a good value. The rooms were clean; and the workers were friendly. My family would stay at this location again.

Bed was VERY hard. Breakfast was sub-par. But the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accomodating, and our room was both clean and comfortable. I felt both safe and secure in there, and the new room decor and bathroom accomodations were really nice!
