Room was not the cleanest. Bedspread had not been changed in awhile. Bathroom had hair on floor and in the tub. Window screen was half ripped off. Really getting run down. Will never stay there again.

Stopped off in Mount Airy on way to NY. Had a Welcome Center coupon book. Basic, clean ok for a one night stop. I wanted to stay at Mayberry Inn right next door but hubby choose this one! Close to restrurants. Beds were ok. Towels rough, spots on floor.

For only $55/night, I'm not going to complain, but I'll just give the facts. The room would have been okay, but the bathroom was disgusting! Grime all over the walls and door. I refused to even shower. The a/c worked great, though.

We stayed here in July 2012 and it is a clean room with comfortable beds. It was fine for a short stay but is just a Clean place to sleep and nothing else. There are some good eating places nearby. If I am ever staying in Mount Airy again I would stay here.
