Ok, but room had strong musty smell. Bathroom sink facet did not work well for hot water. Know I could have asked for different room, but family had settled in and just too tired to worry about after a long day. Also only staying 1 night.
Jets will be your alarm clock at 6 a.m. daily. The planes usually quieten down after 11 p.m. In May, the pool was closed due to unsafe healthy inspection. Two network channels did not work on TV. Bed was not the best. Ice only on 2 floors. Just not up to par overall.
Thank you for your trip advisor response. I must say there is several issues that you noted in your review that made me believe that this couldn't had been the Fairfield Inn & Suites Brier Creek. Although we are an airport property, we are located far away so that you cannot hear the planes, we're nowhere near the runway at...

We stayed at this property by default of not having much else available, and we LOVED it! The staff was very hotel, the property was clean, and we felt very safe. The early morning staff even helped pull some breakfast for us, even though we were up earlier than the breakfast started. I'd highly recommend it!
The hotel staff is very accommodating and personable from front counter help, maintenance down to the housekeepers.. Everyone was polite and very helpful with any questions I may have had. The ONLY downfall was .... they do not provide a shuttle for guest to stores, restaurants etc., BUT on the bright side, they do have shuttles to and from the...

This is the 2n time we used this establishment. The 1st time was just by accident, but we came back because of a man named Michael,( at the front desk), both times he made our stay fantastic. He made us feel like members of his family! He made us feel important and welcome better than we have felt at many...

You know what you get with this chain. Stayed here before an early Saturday am flight. The hotel offers a reliable shuttle service to the airport and will even pick you up at your car rental return to avoid a ride back to the airport if you want to turn your car in early. Room was clean. A pretty much...

The Fairfield has a great location near RDU so it made for a much easier morning for my early fight. I will definitely stay here on my next trip. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable.
Stayed at the Fairfield based on reviews from TripAdvisor. Staff was very nice and hotel was clean. I stayed on the 5th floor and one can hear the planes. The sound is not too bad but if I stayed here again - I would ask for a room not on the top floor. The sound did not bother my husband...

Stayed for one night. Staff was professional. Room, king suite, was large. Room smelled musty. Family went down to pool and hot tub and were quickly back stating it was not warm, and it was dirty. Very close to airport, could hear planes clearly. Also room was next to vents/fans for the building which made for a poor nights sleep....
