Nice, clean, friendly atmosphere and personel! Always stay here when I come to this area! Wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else! Like the breakfast, very good and has a great variety. Would really like bacon maybe sometime in the future,though! Front desk clerks are always trying to help however they can.

The staf is nice. However, the place does not look good. Stay there if you really need to sleep in Maggie Valley. Other than that, go to Waynesville. It is very good with more options and very close to Maggie Valley.

There are no 5 star hotels in maggie valley. We stayed there to go skiing. Location was convenient. Quick check in. Places to eat close by. Room was pretty worn, but mattress was comfortable. There is a heated pool, which was nice in winter.

This hotel needs a renovation. Big time. The rooms are old, the doors broken, the beds old. It wasn't overly clean either. Found black hair in our bathtub and the drawers. Mold on the shower curtain. Bathroom fan broken. Very basic accommodations.

As title indicates, room was very nice, clean and affordable. Breakfast was included, but really not worthwhile. My family didn't get the room for the breakfast. (Didn't know about it until that morning) So we were still very pleased with the stay.
