My family has stayed here every year on our way to the beach. This was our last stay. I witnessed the front desk staff verbally assault two guests while checking in. Our room had a terrible odor but I was afraid to complain after what I witnessed. Next year we will stay next door.

Room was very worn looking and had a foul, uninviting odor. Would not return.

the room was not dirty but it was in bad condition, it had rain and the side entrance was full of water, it felt really old and for the price it was not worth it, but then again is there anything worth in Lumberton???
