Stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend. We paid extra for the 2nd floor "partial view" of the water, received room 233. Stayed here one night during our US holiday. It was clean and comfy but could do with a bit of a refurb. The walls are quite thin but fortunately we were not disturbed in the night. The location is nice, although we didn't have a sea view. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Staff friendly and helpful.

We always go to Shutters when we visit the OBX. The staff is always polite, friendly and helpful. This visit was no exception. I had trouble finding a vacancy anywhere for this particular reason, but luckily one opened up at Shutters last minute. Our room was comfy, clean & ocean front which was awesome.
