OBBC was a well-equipped condo next to ocean...nice pool, friendly staff. A little dated decor and electronics wise but close to fast food and better dining experiences. Well maintained and a real value for amt charged.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, you are walking distance from beaches, pools, restuarants and lots of things to do. The units are spacious and accommodating. We just returned from a very chilly spring break weekend! Loved this property and its location. We had an ocean front room with amazing views. Stayed here on a rainy February weekend. The accommodations were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only negative was the $17 a day Wi-fi charge which we refused to pay (Wi-fi free in the resort office) - I mean, come on, it's 2013.
