Went with 2 kids and grandparents and spent 2 nights. We got the 1 br, 3 beds suite. It was wonderful, setup was just right, it was next to the ocean which means lots of walks on the beach with the kids. Breakfast was good.

Our exoerience started with a front desk clerk who was not happy to be at work. I stated that I hadn't had my frequent guest number when I made my reservation to which she told me and everyone else waiting that when you booked via Expedia frequent guest points were not earned and that my stay was actually costing them... I Have been staying at this place at least once a year for the past seven. The place as a rustic charm to it. Great location. Always enjoy visiting. Good breakfast. Also, good snacks during the afternoon.

Stopped here with no reservation and the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They had availability and we checked right in. Our room was clean and for the price we paid (less than $85), it was a great value. Free snacks and coffee that night and complimentary breakfast in the morning. The biggest problem was the sheet looks not clean, especially the blanket and the sheet was too thin. Also, I found a hair under the sheet. The bathroom looks just OK. Breakfast was good and the location is good. However, my only concern about the quality of a hotel is the cleanness of the sheet and the bathroom.

This hotel is very nice & a great location! Less than half a mile to Wright Brothers Memorial, right on beach, close to Corolla to see wild horses, close to hang gliding park, etc. Highly suggest!
