Hotel was affected by hurricane season in 2011, there is a lot of musty smelling carpets in common areas. It is undergoing renovation now, so there is also smell of paint in many areas and many painters in dirty clothes roaming around the hotel and in the only one available elevator. Hotel is very dated. If you get renovated room,...

I read some of the negative reviews that said the hotel was dated but the price was right. I prepared my wife for an older hotel. We checked in and were surprised how nice was. New bathroom fixtures, granite counter tops, new beds, small refrigerator and microwave, nice furniture, a table with two chairs, new carpet, a great breakfast, very...

Checked in on October 7, and was a bit disappointed with the room. It was clean, however, very outdated and a bit worn out. The breakfast, although free was again not what I would expect in a Quality Inn. On a positive note, the location and staff were excellent but would probably pay a bit more for a nicer place...

The house had no lock that kept kids from going outside to the pool and I had a three year old child in the house! The owner took three days to repair it and then had the nerve to keep my security deposit for made up reasons. The backyard is unusable and is littered with sea urchins. Go elsewhere.

Clean rooms with easy access to the beach, even the cheaper rooms. The beach front area is nice also with a board walkway past the pool and showers down to the beach. Nice clean, sandy beach and wasn't very busy at all when we were there. Perfect for playing in the waves and making sandcastles. The boys had a great...

Just came back from OBX - we live just an hour away, and usually coming here at least couple times during the summer. It is true that in a hot spots like this the same chain of the hotels usually much simplier and not that lavish compare to the other towns, but for me 2 factors are the most important...

Over $200 for a basic, ground floor room on a Friday night in mid July . We arrived in town just after the Wright Bros park had closed for the day . My son was excited to visit it , so we decided to stay overnight and go the next day . I didn't want to waste time looking for...

Very disappointed! Overpriced. Outdated! Failed to restock room with towels and coffee. Would not recommend this hotel.
