Great hotel and great price! Very close to lots to do and eat! It is the place to stay if you need to for any longer than one night!

“Restful and Peaceful Stay”

The room was spacious and the environment was very peaceful. The front desk personnel were knowledgeable about places to dine and visit while in town. I would definitely stay again.

“new and only 77 dollars wow”

This hotel is two years old. This is the second time i have stayed. It is a nice clean hotel , it has large rooms , with wonderfull staff and priced right. We had a large group of Marines and we all got the $77 rate that has to be a first. Great job Suburban.

We came to Jacksonville to welcome our son home from Afghanistan. We were very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff (we had to change our reservation 3 times because of changing schedules), the room was very nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would search out this hotel chain again!

Despite being a relatively new hotel, you get what you pay for. There is a very noisy dance club next to the hotel that produces a loud thumping noise well past midnight that resonated into our room on the first floor facing the club.
