Stay 2 or 3 times a year on business. Staff's very nice, Hotel and rooms are clean. Have 2 bed rooms that are actually 2 seperate rooms w/ seperatebathrooms and tv'swhich are great when having to share rooms. Have never had any issues at this hotel. Plenty of resturants next to and close by. more

Entered my non-smoking room on the 2nd floor and it smelled like smoke. Also Sleep Inns only have showers, no tubs. Note to management: Last time I checked smoke rises. Put all smokers on top floors. more

I'm a single woman and stayed at this hotel for three nights last month, while in Hickory for genealogy research. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was a mini-fridge in the room, which was a nice feature. A very good place to stay while you're traveling through the Tarheel State. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was courteous to me and other travelers, and the overall value was excellent.
