I have stayed at Best Western Plus hotel before. They are supposed to be renovated. The room smelled musty. The carpets were old. The service was not that great. The AC was loud. The lobby smelled like smoke. The only good thing was the location. It was walking distance from Cracker Barrel restaurant. I don't recommend it.

Clean, great complimentary breakfast. Room decor was for business. Next to Cracker Barrel, Waffle House.

Outdated rooms. Uncomfortable beds/bedding. Right near the highway, noisy. Moldy, musty, smelly rooms. Don't try to save your money, stay at the nearby hotels and pay a little bit more. You'll be able to sleep at night.
