first i should have checked the reviews. they all said it was bad, except one which was probably posted by the owner!!! there were roaches crawling, rat droppings in the corner and i have seen a hotel with a dirty roof and floor.this was the nastiest hotel ever. do not stay here, unless u like slum :)

My family and I stayed at the regency for two weeks while we were waiting for our house to be completed. This hotel isn't the most luxurious, but is by far the best value that I found. Rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the staff was very cooperative. If money is a factor, I would recommend this place.
