Since the remodeling has been completed, this is a much more inviting property. The lobby and breakfast area is now very nice, and the carpets throughout look much better. The location of this Comfort Inn is great. There are nice shopping centers within 1/2 mile of the property and plenty of fine places to eat. More

This is a facility convenient for visitors to both Duke and UNC and provides a reasonable alternative to high cost hotels. The breakfast service was excellent and the area is quite secure. Horrible customer service!! When calling to make a reservation, the lady was extremely rude. She charged our account prior to us checking in and refused to give us our military discount. The hallways smell AWFUL...I would have preferred animal smells. AND no hot water. Free breakfast is very limited. More
