I personally actually did not stay at Carol’s - our daughter was married in the gardens associated with the Inn. Daughter, fiancée/husband and 2 wedding party members stayed there. What a wonderful experience we all had. We had the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and wedding/reception in the gardens over a two night period May 1 & 2, 2009. Carol and husband Steve were incredibly helpful, supportive even to the point of helping friends and family decorate. Steve strung lights, cleaned up the area, took care of trash-recyclables, provided advice, assistance, etc. The pavilion on site was used for food/bar and dancing - we rented a tent and the tables, chairs etc for the two dinners (rehearsal & wedding). All was perfect. The two day festivities were low key and Earth friendly (compostable plates and utensils at the rehearsal dinner, etc) – more a party for friends and family than a wedding. .
