We have used this hotel while visiting family in the area for over ten years. After the rash of unpleasant, unsanitary and inconvenient events we experienced this visit we will never stay there again. Did learn an interesting tidbit--it's not truly a Marriott. It's a franchise, and it shows that it is not meeting Courtyard standards. more

I have stayed here numerous times and it is always nice and clean. The pool/workout area is quite nice and the rooms are comfortable. I have zero complaints and will always stay here when I visit Durham. more

I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard, March 28, 2009. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food service (breakfast) at this hotel is done very well from the presentation, to quality of food and service. The hotel was very clean and most recently been renovated. Put bluntly, this hotel is a disgusting dump. The room we were assigned on arrival had a ripped duvet cover and pillow cases, which caused us to turn down the bed.
