We arrived late on a Friday afternoon and checked out on Sunday. Very friendly staff greeted us with a quick checkin and bottles of water. Breakfast was great with waffles, pre-made omelettes, and danishes. We would stay again.

Was surprised with the personal service. It was the same level I have experienced at Resort Properties. Clean Rooms. Plenty of good eating places close. Nice huge Mall accross interstate. Great value. Complimentary breakfast and dinner clean and good.

Property was in a very convenient location near the race track, Concord Mills (a shopping area), and numerous restaurants. Room was clean and roomy. Bed and pillows, very comfortable. We stayed one night and found the hotel to be very clean and newly renovated. We were very pleased with the location (close to shopping but away from traffic). We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Hmapton is an older property but is well maintained. Front desk staff was excellent. Romms could use some updating as there was mold on the bathroom ceiling in my room. Road noise can be an issue if you are in the front of the hotel. They have a managers reception each night which is nice, however very rude lady managing... More

The staff was friendly, all but the front desk associate, Keona. There was no hot water in the morning due to "maintenance." I would not recommend staying at this hotel for the price they charge.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was also very good. This hotel is just minutes from uptown Charlotte and just across from the Concord Mills shopping complex which includes a Bass Pro Shops.

Stayed here for a shopping trip. It is near to the Speedway, across the intersection, also near the Concord Mills Mall. As a result there is heavy traffic there.
