I stayed here two nights for Evolution Super Shootout at zMax. The check in staff were very friendly. The king room I had was typical HGI, comfy quiet and clean! I had a burger late one night at the bar and it was awesome. Alex took great care of me, and the was on the ball.

The hotel is new, everything is fresh and crisp. The furnishing look great. But the main thing that stands out is the excellent customer service provided by the staff. Always with a smile, always letting you know they are glad to help with whatever you need. Hotel is in a great location too.

Wonderful stay - we stay at a lot if Hampton Inn's because they're consistently very good. Very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

Wonderful, clean place. Friendly staff. Very helpful desk staff. Would have given it five stars if the continental breakfast was free. $10 is too much for coffee and bagels.

This hotel was excellent. The suite we stayed in was very spacious with a whirlpool tub. The location is great , being adjacent to Concord Mills. You'll not go wrong here.
