Stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Cherokee- The king size room was wonderful-- there was a very nice sitting area and a lovely view of the river. A continental breakfast was included and it was delicious. More

First of all you need to know that Cherokee North Carolina has alot of mom and pop older motels and very few chain hotels. The comfort suites is as nice as it gets...we have stayed here a few other times when on vacation in Gatlinburg and wanting to come over to Cherokee for a few days. The nearby Reservation and... This was a very nice place. The lady at the desk was especially helpful. It is not the hotel's fault but Cherokee is not in a good location for cell phone coverage and TV reception. We found no fault with our room, the breakfast or anything else. More

In October, I had an overnight stay at the Comfort Inn in Cherokee, NC. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. But, the TV reception was very poor. Most channels were 'snowy' while others couldn't be viewed at all. Just shadows moving on the screen. The shower in the bathroom was awful! Absolutely no water pressure. And, if you... More

We were quite pleased with the overall experience at this hotel. The room was large enough and had a unique design character, with two queen beds and a nice small sitting area. The balcony was large enough....could have used a small table. We had a beautiful river view. It appeared that our side of the hotel was much newer than... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in a suite room. The tub/Jacuzzi was not cleaned each day. The bed was old and the carpet was old. The whole place was in need of a big renovation. There is hardly no place to eat decent unless you drive the 20 minutes to Gatlingburg. I just do not recommend staying... More

Stayed for a night. Hotel is on a beautiful river but you can't see it from any of the rooms unless you go out the back door onto a tiny balcony. The only view from the room is the highway. Too bad they didn't put a window facing the river. Room was fairly clean but in need of updating and... More

This hotel was just "ok" to me. It looked nicer on the outside than it did on the inside. It's just a little run down and so are the balconies (balcony's?). A fake plant would do that patio wonders!! :) The view was really pretty and it is SO quiet there. The front desk guy could use a crash course... More

This Comfort Inn is an older hotel, but extremely well-kept. The rooms are very spacious and they all open onto a porch of some type, so porch sitters rejoice! Our room was pool-side. The pool and hot tub are small but clean, and our porch had a view of the mountains that was only slightly marred by the other hotels... More
