Harrahs in Cherokee is an all-electronic casino that is constantly under construction and very unkind to gamers. But the hotel is terrific. Have stayed and played here 10 times. The Selu garden cafe is your best bet for decent food. Sycamore's has a nice atmosphere but the food is overpriced and sub par.
