I waited one hour for a shuttle for a hotel just a few miles away. Called the hotel 3 times and they kept telling me it was on its way. I finally took a cab to the hotel. The staff is complacent and rude. The rooms are dirty. Not your typical DTree. There are better place to stay. More

We have stayed at this Doubletree on several occasions as we travel out of the country. It is close to the airport and has an excellent shuttle service that will deliver you on a timely basis.
