“Great value for the Dollar”

I recently stayed again at this Courtyard Marriott & again I was very Impressed. For the dollar You can't find a better place. Easy access everywhere. They cafe was very tasty. All in All I will continue to stay there on my trips to Charlotte.

All Courtyards are generally the same, the difference being whether they have had the recent facility upgrades. What distinguishes this one is excellent service, and good location. Nice clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the interstate. Enjoyed the balcony's view of the pool. Nice hotel to stay for just a night or a vacation. Will stay here again.

“I was a bit taken back”

The young lady that worked the hotel snack bar(Apr 23) put a glove on - but continues to touch food with the UNgloved hand. Then she would put her hand into a still bucket of water. Kinda gross. I am Platinum w/ Marriott - so I am not being that "guy".

had nothing but problems for 3 days there. very nice hotel with a great front desk staff except for Mitch - some kind of manager. He promised to move us into a handicapped room (as my cousin could not use a tub). Took our suitcases and stored them and when we got back that night, there were no handicapped rooms!... More
