Stayed here when shopping for Christmas at South Park Mall. Great location for out-of-town shoppers. Room was comfortable, but maintenance needs some tweaking. I really like the Renaissance hotels because of their style and comfort. The Southpark Hotel didn't disappoint, the staff is extremely friendly, room service tastes good, and best of all the rooms are really clean.
