Stayed here for 1 night after arriving late at Charlotte airport. After asking for directions at the airport desk, they phoned the hotel and sent their minibus to pick me and some aircrew up. Stayed there overnight because I had an early flight the next morning. The facility is excellent and it's less than 2 miles from the airport. They also offer transportation to the airport and you can leave your car at the hotel for less than what it costs to park at the airport. I would use them again. More

Spent a night here for a business trip. Room was very spacious and clean. Actually, that applies to the whole property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was decent. BUT-- the bed was way too soft, the foam pillows were extremely uncomfortable, climate control in the room was spotty and the included breakfast was...very very poor. More

When I arrived at the hotel I was promptly greeted by the best front desk clerk. She had personality and was fun to talk to. The rooms were very nice and I felt secure in the hotel. I will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family. More

Nice clean property, but offered FREE shuttle to and from the airport, as well as allowed customers to leave their vehicles in their parking lot. No taxi cost, no parking cost! Great deal and a VERY friendly and helpful staff! More
