I like Homewood Suites. This one is among the best I've stayed at.
The evening manager's dinner was quite nice (shrimp pasta and salad). The fitness centre was clean and well-stocked with towels, water, etc.
I had a suite, with kitchenette. Nice and quiet.
The staff was friendly at check-in. Overall, nice experience.

The hotel was Clean and well decorated, All of the employees were extremely courteous . just a great stay, I thought the hotel was brand new and on grand opening because it was operated that well. A great stay and is close to everything.

Just had one night there. Its what you can expect from a "Homewood Suites" - close to the airport, courtesy bus pick up, quite rooms, clean, fast internet, easy to check in and out. Had a great evening reception with free local food and beverages.
Only downside: I forgott something in the room and followed up next day by phone...

Great value! 10 minutes from airport. Rooms are nicely appointed. Breakfast is great! One of the best free ones I've had. Service was excellent...friendly but not too intrusive. I'll be back.

Breakfast did not offer the typical make your own waffle, disappointing . Staff was slow to replenish food , had to be asked. Bed was not comfortable , sore body the next morning . Be prepared to hear airplanes, but it is close to airport so that's expected.

Stayed one night at Homewood Suites for an early flight from Charlotte Douglas Airport.. Had a King suite, two rooms, kitchenette, full size refrig, dishwasher, what a surprise. I will look for Homewood Suites in other areas. The only complaint was the low thread count sheets were itchy, 600TC or higher and the problem would be solved.

Close to airport / highways, clean facility, friendly staff, reasonable room rates and free WLAN. This place has everything needed for the business traveler. Would definitely stay here again!

I have been using this property since it was built, and it's consistency is amazing.
The room sizes are awesome, the maintenance of the rooms excellent, and the breakfast still superb.
It's literally outside CLT, which for a stopover as we had to make, made it ideal.
