I have never had a less than superior stay in an Omni and that trend continues! The motto of the Omni is to "exceed your expectations", and that it did. Location was convenient, in heart of downtown Charlotte. Rooms were super clean and beds were comfy. Rooms were a little on the small side, but OK for 1 or 2 people. more
