What can I say other than Inntown Suits really sucks. We stayed at the N. Tryon location in Charlotte. Dirty Bedding, overflowing toilet, roaches, water leaking from bathroom ceiling, broken a/c, no bathroom towels. The room not only smelled, it was over crowded with what little furniture was provided. No one was avaliable to accommodate issues such beds being stripped, towels being removed and not being replaced. Spent an entire night with the room in this condition, and no one avaliable at the front desk to address the situation. Not worth the money more
