i can not express my dissatisfaction with this Hotel. First the Television had no remote and I had to go to the desk twice to get a remote to work with the television. Next the Shower was very low pressure the drain was so slow that you had to stand in 2-3 inches of water during a shower. The Refrigerator... More

Front desk staff (Shae) totaly rocked on a crazy busy Nascar race weekend. Nice continental breakfast and easy access to various restaurants, shops and Charlotte Motor Speedway. Staff very accomodating to meet all of our needs, was willing to apply discounts and help in anyway possible.

We checked at 2:30am after driving over 8 hours. The bed was inspected but we didn't go over the room with a fine tooth comb.
