I booked this "Inn" in November, 2008 as a surprise ending of our trip to Charlotte in May, 2009 during Race Week for my husband and I. The website described this "Inn" as a caribbean retreat near upscale shopping. We arrived at the "Inn", which turned out to be someone's personal ranch style home. We were greeted by a man profusely apologizing for the laundry he was doing in the living room which was spread out all over the furniture. A young boy was watching tv in this living room. What I had believed was an "Inn" was nothing of the sort, but someone's actual home. We were shown the room we had reserved which appeared to be a very nice master bedroom. The beautiful pool shown on the website was green and looked like it had not been cleaned yet for the season. It was very awkward standing in this person's house while this child stared at us.
