I was in town for a short weekend visit with my church. Everything was good. This must be an older motel that Hampton Inn purchased from a prior owner, not your typical H-Inn. The room, while ok, did not appear as clean and fresh as most H-Inns that I have stayed at in the past. The bathroom was noticeably not as clean.

The front desk clerk was on a personal call when I approached and continued on for about 2 minutes while I stood in front of her waiting to check in. She handed me my key and told me where the elevator was. She did tell us about breakfast, but her attitude was terrible.

One word "GREAT". We were there for support to family member going through hardship. the staff made our visit more bearable we apperiate that. thank you.We hope to come back soon and take a tour when we can afford too. Location was great! Close to everything,restaurants, UNC-Charlotte, shopping, etc. Hotel was very clean & staff was very pleasant and helpful in any way needed. Definitely will be staying here again :)

Spent two nights while in town for a family function. Front desk staff, especially Camille and Anthony went above the call of duty to make sure everything went okay. We had several senior citizens in our group and they were given extra special care. Will definetly stay here again.
