Really nice friendly hotel - the staff are great and very helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is almost directly under the take off path and planes leave Charlotte right through the night. We cannot say enough about the personalized service received by Rutanya Harding. Stuck in Charlotte en route home, it was my birthday and had to stay overnight. We stayed one night before an early a.m. flight and thought the hotel was just fine. We enjoyed our stay because the hotel was quiet and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I paid about $100 to stay at the Courtyard the night before we caught a flight out of Charlotte's aiport. The hotel offered a good -- but not great -- experience. The shuttle service was very convenient. The room was average and the staff pleasant and friendly. It is convenient to the airport..no restaurants close by.
