Accommodations are spacious and met our needs. Since we were staying with our two young grandchildren, it was much nicer to stay in a townhouse rather than a single motel/hotel room. Excellent place to stay in charming Chapel Hill and a good alternative to a hotel. Walking distance to campus. Features a fully stocked kitchen, laundry in apartment and plenty of space for those traveling with family. The owner is beyond helpful if you need local tips etc. A 2 minute walk away there are several restaurants and an excellent bookstore. More

I was visiting my son and needed a room within walking distance from UNC. The Chapel Hill InnTown fit the bill perfectly. Very deceiving looking on the internet. Old and dingy. Walkway and entrance overgrown with weeds. Coffee pot had coffee grounds and burnt at bottom. Nasty linens on beds.
