I treated my 3-year-old to a ride on the "Polar Express" and spent the night here. The hotel was very clean, had nice decor, and a friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was also a plus. The only drawback was the very small size of the room--the one bed took up the entire floor space. more

Arriving late in the evening we were greeted professionally and check in was quick. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There were mutiple pillows, towels and information about the area in the room. It was a comfortable stay!!! I would stay here again. more

Overall appearance is of a well-maintained lower mid-range hotel. General Manager was accessible to guests. It is a two story hotel with no elevator. There is little or no traffic noise as the hotel is set back from a secondary road leading into Bryson City. This was an average Sleep Inn with small room. It is beginning to show some age, and the plumbing was a little noisy. But it was OK. more

Best place to stay in Bryson City. Property is about 8 years old and very well kept. 2 story and no elevator. Nice laundry facility. Rooms are smaller but very nice. more
