Nice for a Holiday Inn Express. We have stayed here twice. Brevard is an attractive little town and the surrounding area is beautiful if you like cool summer weather, lush forests, numerous waterfalls and little traffic. The location is perfect for hiking, exploring, etc. in the National Forest and Blue Ridge Parkway. The town of Brevard is great too, so the location is perfect. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Brevard to drop my daughter off at overnight camp. Then, again two weeks later to pick her up. I've stayed at all the hotels in the area. This is the best value for your money. The rooms are spacious. (Ask for a back corner room. Don't worry about the lumber yard. The rooms are quiet.) They have spacious rooms with two queen beds or a king. This hotel is now our choice for all future visits. more

I stay here every year due to camp pickup/dropoff. This last time the noise above was terrible- i was awakended very early and couldn't go back to sleep . Breakfast is fine for me- not a big breakfast eater- i think it's fine for one night but wouldn't want to stay here for a week!! more
