We're sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the roof required replacement rendering the kitchen unable to use. A brand new roof is currently being installed. Apparently, the workers were not visible during your checkout as we invest considerable expense on maintenance, upkeep and improvements.
