I paid for 4 days and ended up having to leave after 3 days for a business emergency. I asked if I could get a refund for the 1 day as the resort was booked and back logged and they would certainly have no loss. They said that they would give me a refund but that my notice was too... more
We are certainly thankful Trip Advisor allows resort owners the opportunity to respond to reviews from prior guests. Since we are a relatively small family run resort we do rely heavily on our guest's satisfaction and their "word of mouth" referrals.
