Love Hiltons. However, hard to find and overpriced. Room door had to have hinges removed before entry after room key failure. Staff with computer key meltdown barely managed to keep professional. Room with suite very clean although low ceilings.

I would highly recommend this hotel! Great location on Long Island, walking distance to the LIRR. You can count on the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff, and feeling very welcome! Good food at the restaurant too.

My husband, twho children and I stayed here for a wedding in Brooklyn with a reception at Jericho Terrace. We booked a junior suite. The room was nice sized. The hotel was nicely decorated. The staff was extrememly helpful. Our room was clean. There was plenty of parking. There are many restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Smoothest and fastest check in of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Very nice room, super clean and comfy bed! Stated the night before Mother's Day, and was very pleased. Great location. Close to restaurants and malls.

The hotel was average but served our needs. The location was perfect for the family event. I have been in many Hiltons over the years and the service was average. This is not a complaint just an observation.

Good accomodations, central to various shopping and eating establishments. Courteous and energetic staff always available to answer questions. Clean rooms and lobby. Quiet atmosphere...accomodated my work schedule with room posistioning due to weddingds during the time of my stay
