It is the closest resort to the Ningaloo Marine Park. We converted the ex Chief Petty Officer Quarters into one of the best resorts in Exmouth. With only 26 fully self contained studios we are able to offer great personal service. Our facilities and services are second to none in Exmouth/WA, which makes it the perfect place to stay from the romantic couple, family to the corporate guest. Our 26 large, quiet and fully self contained studios have a kitchenette with cook top, range hood, large 260 litre refrigerator, microwave with convection oven & grill, FoxTel-Sat-TV and free to guest WLAN internet. All studios are serviced daily. Free airport transfers and Restaurant Shuttles are available on request. The on-site pool area has a heated SPA with TV, BBQ area and sun lounges. “Comfortable accommodation”

Spent a couple of nights here and were pleased with the room. The continental breakfast was satisfactory. Being out of town, a rental car is essential so that has to be factored in to the overall costs for your stay.

The outside of the resort was not very appealing - a plain concrete block building with no attracive features.The pool area was small and overgrown with a building adjacent to it stuffed with matresses and furniture. “Perfect accommodation for our exmouth holiday”

We have recently returned from a 4 day trip to Exmouth and stayed at the Sea Breeze resort. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we had privacy when needed but when we needed help/assistance it was always on offer. After travelling around Western Australia for 7 weeks I have to say that this was the worst place we stayed. We can't understand how it is number 1 on trip advisor! The Sea Breeze is run by helpful and friendly staff. They will organize tours for you and will rent you beach stuff.
