My wife and our 2 kids (4 years old and 10 years old) spent 3 days / 2 nights in Europa Park, staying in Hotel Castillo Alcazar. We were in the room number 789, 7th floor with direct view on the park. I must say that we have been positively surprised by the quality of this hotel, of the restaurants,... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in august 2010. The hotel looks great from the outside and inside. But once in the room you get dissapointed. No tub, no chairs. Only a 2 wooden stools. You would expect for this amount of money to find some comfort in your room but none of that. The room is nicely decorated and... More

I just came yesterday from this hotel. Our experience was so great that posting this review is the fisrt thing I'm doing after being back home. Europa Park is great but statying in this hotel made the experience even much better. You have early access to the park and can access it through a exclusive entrance or via the monorail.... More

We stayed in the hotel for two nights because of its location inside the Europa Park premises. The hotel has an enormous parking place and it was not difficult to find a spot. The check-in process was very slow, not different from Disney resorts at peak times with long lines. The difference is that the reception hall is not so... More

You can find the nice staff all around in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Just beside the Europa Park is very convenience that when you stay in Park more than one day. The food just in average in the hotel restaurant but the price is reasonable. More

I stayed one night at the El Andaluz. The hotel is on the 4 theme hotels of the Europa Park. If you come by car there is a free parking for the hotels gusts just a few steps form the hotel. The reception desk staff is extremely helpful with gusts and do they best to explain everything about your stay... More

I picked this hotel since it has a Spanish theme, and I was not disappointed. I loved the atrium with flowers, fountain, café and swimming pool, surrounded by guest rooms. We were family of four and our kids loved bunk beds. Although the room did not have all amenities, it was comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and location ideal... More

Just returned from 2 nights at the Alcazar. We stayed here with our sons aged 14 and 11 and it fitted the bill completely. The room was super, service good and we liked the fact that we could access the park earlier than day visitors. The breakfast buffet was vast and our only niggle was the card on the table... More
