This chateau is a hidden gem - lovely grounds, well kept rooms, attentive staff, located in a quaint town in the Loire Valley. It's run like a B&B, but feels like a 5-star hotel. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, historic, out of town location. But..dinner was very ordinary - and no choice (but god wine), 7am churchbells a problem if you want to sleep. Price for half board was 50 euro over the top vs. booking accomodation, dinner and breakfast separately. More
