We had to attend a funeral in the Wellsville-Belmont area and was looking for a place to stay that would not be terribly expensive, but also comfortable. We went to Niagara Falls with a cycle group from our church. Wanted to stay in Wellsville area on our way home, and had made reservations at one of the other places since Expedia said Microtel was full. When we got to the other place we were not impressed with how shabby it was and totally deserted on a Sat....

Thank You for taking the time to note your opinion of the hotel. Due to our high occupancy, we did not have a non-smoking room to put you in, with that, a room deodorizer was given to you to assist with smoke smell. Currently, New York State has not mandated all hotels to be smoke free.

A newer hotel. For the area it's one of the better places to stay. Room are decent and clean. Hotel staff could be better, they are indifferent towards customers. I wouldn't want to stay there over an extended period of time but for a couple of day it is more than adequate.
