I really don't understand, why this hotel get many 1 points... Of course, if somebody used to live in LeMeridien, Kempinski or Hilon brands, than they will be disappointed. Because this hotel is far away from a real Kempinski, Hilton brands or from a LeMeridien in an other location. But noway is 1 point. The room is comfortable with old-style... More

Don't even think about staying in this hotel. It was recommended to me by an Israeli so we stayed here. When you arrive there are no bellmen to take your bags. People were constantly getting in front of me at checkin to complain about something. When we went to our room there was a broken bed frame in the hall... More

I really don't know why this hotel have so bad reviews. In my opinion it's quite good. The room was big with huge terrace (with table and "garden" chairs). Fine the terrace was not very clean but the room itself was. Pool in front of the hotel is large enough and there is also small waterslide. Beer at the pools... More

I cannot begin to describe what a disgusting run down and neglected hotel this is. The management do not care about anything and they get annoyed if you complain. The filth, the rot, the stae of the entire hotel is truely beyond words to really describe the state of this 5 star hotel. It does not rate. This was not... More

Room not ready after check-in time, Swarming crowds and staff that lacked any customer service skills. Front desk phone rings without being answered. Room 1513 had a pre chiseled door allowing anyone to easily pick the lock. Damage was intentional and had been there for awhile. Take note of the theft reports in previous posts. Drinkable water was found in... More

My mom and I stayed here for one night. The views from our balcony is gorgeous! The bathroom is spacious with both a tub and a separate shower. However, the shower door does not close completely in room 1433 and water poured out of it and drenched the entire bathroom floor! The beds are comfortable. The large bottle of water... More

Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Food all you can eat if you eat it. No s service in restaurant. Trolleys with dirty dishes are moved around while you are eating.Food stations are not cleaned and floor was full of splashes . Service not included. Sad experience. Spa was busy and they don't care of what you want.

I had to drag my bags into the hotel and up to my room. Instead of helping me the bellman simply told me I had to move my car to the parking lot and that I couldn't keep it there. An hour after requesting a crib there was a knock on my door and when I opened it I saw... More
