room haven't been upgraded at least since 1998, yes that's correct. The rest of the property is changing and upgrading but they still don't get it. The employees are miserable and you an feel the vibe. Casino employees are worse still. Very unfriendly. More

Stayed here overnight, Oct. 29-30. Room was nice. Had mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, small sofa (not a sofabed). Connected right to the casino. Only about 10 minutes from NYS thruway exit 33 and Turning Stone Casino. Only complaint was low water pressure in shower and not extremely hot, but good enough. Would recommend. Staff was nice. More

We enjoy this hotel very much. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Recently the hotel has been remodeled which includes a new restaurant which offers a great menu with good food. The casino is attached to the hotel so weather is not a factor. We were returning from a family visit in Rochester. This hotel is quiet, clean and directly off the New York State Thruway. While there are plenty of slot machines to amuse you, the food in their restaurant was fantastic. The staff was helpful and cheery. We can't wait to return. This was a "winning" trip. More

the staff was super friendly and the hotel and casino is smoke free which, which is a bonus for us non smokers. I have abosulutely no complaints about this hotel and casino.We will be back. More
