We booked here last minute for a wedding in the Catskills over Columbus Day weekend because everywhere else was booked. We usually stay in finer hotels and resorts, but we figured sleeping anywhere was better than a 3-hour drive home after a wedding reception. Rated "average" because it is a motel....so kind of expected to be average, as opposed to a reosrt or inn that should have lots of extras. What does Sun View Motel offer? Doesn't look like much from the outside, but was nice inside. Very clean. Has air conditioning and a fridge and microwave. Close to the nice little downtown area. Must try the Last Chance restaurant. Very good food, very eclectic atmosphere.
