Stayed here two nights - Jan 28th and Feb 4th. We took advantage of the park and fly rate of $139. My initial impression of this hotel was that it was a typical Ramada - nothing special. The rooms were fairly unremarkable, save for a strange bathroom configuration. It appears that all of the rooms on the second floor have... More

Bed was uncomfortable (and we are not picky people). Lobby was crowded and loud because of their bar crowd. We didn't feel as though our rental car was safe. Shuttle took forever and the driver was friendly but talked too much. More

I often travel to Syracuse to work for the weekend and one of my favorite places to stay is this hotel. The spa/ pool facilities are immaculate. The breakfast is great and there is a full service restaurant available if I need to arrive late. The staff is very upbeat and willing to please. I always look foward to their... More

Conveniently located right off the highway and less than 5 minutes from the Carousel Mall, this Inn is set back from the street with plenty of free parking (parking lot could use more lighting). Staff was very friendly and free wifi is available throughout. Our room was located on the second floor equiped with 2 queen beds, LCD TV, bar... More

It was good enough. We stayed here December 15th. We had an early flight the next day and live about an hour away from the Syracuse airport. Staying close to the airport would give us an extra hour sleep (it's a 10 minute drive from the airport). We booked their park and fly rate. This hotel was the only one... More

Our family stayed here on a shopping trip to Syracuse because of the location related to the mall. This was a very clean hotel with Queen sized, comfortable beds and a larger room for the 4 of us. Breakfast was included and we were all satisfied with the selection. The young woman at reception started her shift early to serve... More

Surprisingly, the rooms had very comfortable mattresses and a nice new flatscreen TV. And the housekeeping girls very nice, friendly and accommodating. That's the only good thing I can report. The hallways are ( partially) lit with harsh fluorescent bulbs. I say partially, because the light fixtures in the hallway are spaces very far apart. Going down the hallway is... More

I am sincerely sorry to see that you felt your experience was less than satisfying. However great customer service and a comfortable bed are two of the most important aspects of a good Hotel. The lighting in our hallways is currently being upgraded. Not all of our rooms have refrigerators but they are available upon request. We also have Suites... More

Just an average hotel, we had an interconnecting door and could hear snoring in the next room. Beds were comfortable but had bad pillows. Breakfast was good. More

Spent the Night at the Ramada for our annual fall meeting. The hotel has great conference facilities. The rooms are well kept and as expected for a hotel. There is free Wi-Fi through out the motel. There are resturants around, but you have to look for them. Have been there in the past and eaten at Tullys. Good choice. This... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The room was a good size, and very clean. The front desk staff were very polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great; lots of choice. A good feature was that in the lobby, there was free internet. I would definitely stay here again. More
