My friend and I were attending a dog show in Cortland over the weekend and this facility was less expensive and more pet friendly than any places closer to the show. Main reason for staying here was their "pet friendly" policy. They require no additional fees and no deposits. They want to meet your pet, and your pet has to leave the room when you do. As reviews say, very clean, comfortable, no problems at all. In the range of $50-$55 per night weeknights. Elevator is a bit shaky, but that's about the only 'possible' negative I could come up with. I would stay here again.

The hotel is under renovations and new rooms are nice. The bed is good, a bathroom is a bit small, while shampoo is of good quality, and wter pressure is proper.
